Me reading Hearing Aids 101 tonight

I was the last reader on the list tonight but I think the essay came across well.  We were supposed to mingle but it turned into a full on roar in the little room and I couldn’t hear Susan sitting next to me.  I tried to escape the noise but two ladies stopped me to tell me they liked the essay and I got my message across.  Yea!  One of them asked me if I could send it her at the Literacy Action Center so she could use it there.  If it helps to get the message out, absolutely.

I’m glad I wrote it up and glad I went.
